We are very often the honored recipients of many Very Important Persons (V.I.P.) at "Ancestral Goa". These are only some who visited us for the past two months

Shri Shaeed Munzer, the State Minister, Finance, U.P., visited "Ancestral Goa, at the Big foot, Loutolim, on the 17th of May '05 .

"Ancestral Goa " donning her brilliant hues of green hosted the Lt. Gen. Ranjit Singh, on the 26th of June, 2005 .

Ms. Dhingra the current dynamic Lady Chief Secretary to Goa, honored "Ancestral Goa", at the BigFoot, in Loutolim, with a visit on the 10 of July '05.

Very many times, our V.I.Ps., feel that there is a lot that they can say by way of encouragement. Here are some excerpts from their comments.

Shri Shaeed Munzer:

Expressing his views on the tour of the premises, the Hon. Minister said that it was unique and truly inspiring to witness the dedication of the creativity and art.

Lt. Gen Ranjit Singh:

The Lt. Gen expressing a keen delight felt that it was a "tremendous effort that highlighted the goan traditions and culture, in a time and day when these were fading," the Lt. Gen. also remarked that it was very obviously a labor of love. He stated that the project was a must see for every visitor, to Goa . He was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Singh, Col. J.C. Mawla, Mrs. Mawla and other officials.

Ms. Kiran Dhingra:

Ms. Dhingra expressed deep delight at everything that she experienced and focused upon. In her words, it was sad that Goa was being promoted merely for the beaches which is universally acknowleged as getting an adverse publicity. Therefore, the Chief Secretary, felt that a project of this sort would help inculcate the fading ethos of the intra-cultural aspect which so far has given goans an unique identity. She expressed a keen desire that the project should be the highlight of every tourist's itinerary

Our V.I.P. visitors are generally taken around the premises by Ms. Karishma & Adriel Alvares, children of owner, sculptor and creator of the "Bigfoot"project, Maendra Alvares, and the man himself!
